Sync log is a portion of Litmos package related UI in salesforce which displays sync activities between salesforce and Litmos. Sync Logs is categorized in 3 flavors.

Those are

Queue Logs
Batch Logs
Contact Real Time Logs

To find the Sync Log we have to follow these steps

Litmos Setup --> Global Settings section

On the right hand side of this page we should see View Sync Log. With this link we are able to navigate for sync log page with in the Salesforce. This Sync log is being updated based on sync frequency. Generally Our queue which syncs contacts and users does run at 30 minute frequency.
