1. Following the specifications listed below, please properly populate the Bulk AICC Content Import spreadsheet found here: AICC Template
2. Important: Don't alter the template or delete any unused columns in order to preserve the proper formatting necessary for import
3. The following data columns will be imported. Additional data if populated will not be imported:
   • CourseTitle
   • ReferenceCode
   • Description
   • AICCURL
   • ImageURL2
4. Ensure that there are no ampersands (&) and also no ellipses (…) in the course titles in the CourseTitle data column. Please replace '&' with 'and', and replace ellipses with 3 periods (...), as these characters can conflict with code depending on browser and other conditions.
5. Other special characters or languages with special characters may import as question marks (???)
6. Once the data is populated in the template, submit the file to Litmos Support along with the following info:

• Let us know whether each course should be set to be available in the Course Library, or whether each course should not be available in the Course Library. This is all or none as we cannot set some courses to be available in the library and others to not be available in the library. 
• Inform us of the name of the Account Owner or Administrator who should be listed as the 'Course Creator', as this is a mandatory field which we'll need to populate on our side during the Import.*

*Please note that the admin should be aware that they'll start getting Course Completion emails each time a learner completes a course. These can be stopped by removing the Admin from the Notifications box in the course's Settings tab.
