Account Owners and Administrators can create or manage modules and download files from upload modules from within the Module Library, which is accessed at: Content,>Modules. An account owner will have first needed to enable the Account setting of: 'Allow download of files from the Module Library' at: Account Settings,>Profile,>Courses/Learning Path.
The Module Library will allow Admins and Account Owners to:
- Add, edit/update and preview modules before adding them to courses.
- View and search/filter the complete listing of all modules that you have added to SAP Litmos Training
- Update Modules that exist in multiple courses from the one convenient location.
Add New Module
To add a new module, click the 'Create a new module' button.
Modules can either be Uploaded (your file upload) or Created (choose a Litmos module type)
To Upload a module, browse to the file and upload
To Create a module, Select Create and choose a module type.
Once saved, module settings can be Edited.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The ILT, User Checklist and Learner Upload modules cannot be created via the Module Library. These module types must instead be created from within a new or existing course with the Litmos Content Creator (at the Courses tab)
To Edit a Module
To Edit a module, click the module from the module library list then edit and Save.
To Download a Module
Once Downloads have been enabled by an Account Owner (Account Settings.>Profile,>Courses/Learning Path), navigate to: Content,>Modules,>Click on the module,>,Download
Please note Learning Heroes, Learning Seat, and other Litmos Content cannot be downloaded via the Module Library.
