Account Owners and Administrators can now manage all of their modules from within the Module Library which is accessed via Content>Modules.
Uploaded files to modules can be downloaded after enabling the setting of: 'Allow download of files from the Module Library' setting which is found under Account Settings > Profile > Courses/Learning Path.
View a complete listing of all modules you have added to SAP Litmos Training from the Module Library. Filter and search through your modules easily and update Modules that exist in multiple courses from the one convenient location. The Module Library will allow Administrators and Account owners to add, edit and preview modules before adding them to courses.
Add New Module
To add a new module, click create a new module button.
Modules can either be uploaded or created.
To Upload a module, browse to the file and upload
To create a module, Select Create and choose a module type.
Once saved module settings can be edited.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The ILT, User Checklist and Leaner Upload modules cannot be created via the Module Library. These 3 module types must instead be created within the Litmos Content Creator (at the Courses tab) in a new or existing course.
To edit a module, click the module from the module library list.
Edit the module settings and click save.
In order to allow Administrators and Account Owners to download modules via the Module Library, the setting must be enabled. (By default it is set to Disabled). The 'Allow download of files from the Module Library' setting is found under Account Settings > Profile > Courses/Learning Path.
Once enabled, navigate to: Content>Modules > Click on the module > Click download on the right-hand corner.
Please note Learning Heroes, Learning Seat, and other Litmos Content cannot be downloaded via the Module Library.
