If you subscribe to Litmos or Bridgefront content and provide this to your learners, it's likely that the version you are using is no longer supported and should be updated to the latest and greatest version to give your learners to the best experience.
New versions of Litmos courses need to be provided to your learners.
If you subscribe to Litmos LMS, please take the following actions:
- Search using the course name to see if you have the SCORM version of the course.
- If you do not, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provision the SCORM version to your account.
If you are using Litmos content with a third party LMS, take the following actions:
- Access ContentHub and download the new SCORM version of the course.
