Question: I have updated my Icon and/ or Favicon but they are not appearing. How can I fix this?
Answer: Below are the steps to take to fix this issue.
Step 1: Clear your cache.
Step 2: Check that your url is in lowercase in your Litmos account.
You can view this by logging in to your Litmos account, navigating to the profile sub tab within the Account tab. Scroll to the "Custom website address" section at the bottom of the page and verify that the url entered in this section is lowercase.
Step 3: If you are still having problems email email@example.com. Please include as many details as possible including that you have cleared your cache and checked that your url is lowercase.
