Problem: When viewing content on a mobile device, generally a video or SCORM module, the player is cut off.
Why this occurs: We detect the type of device that is being used and change the size of the content based on the device. However, if the dimensions are not within our specifications, the content may not fix the area.
Solution: Change the dimensions to 400 x 300 or a 4:3 ratio. It may also help to turn the mobile device vertically.
If the content is SCORM, you can also export the file as a TinCan file instead. When the file is played it will access the Articulate Mobile Player, which allows for more variation.
