Why this occurs: This error occurs when the URL listed in the website's certificate doesn't match the actual URL of the site. The most likely reason this error is occurring is that you are using the url www.YOURCOMPANY.litmos.com.
Solution: Remove the www. from the url and replace it with https:// so that the url is similar to https://YOURCOMPANY.litmos.com.
