What defines an "active user"?

An active user is defined by a person who logs in to Litmos one or more times during each billing cycle. This includes all user types including admins and account owners.

Therefore, the pricing plan you choose needs to reflect how many "active users" you estimate to have each billing period.

If you wish to discuss upgrading your account with more users, when you roll out training to a new department for example, contact your Account Manager or raise a ticket with Support.
