Managing Multiple Litmos Accounts Using One Email Address

If you're a consultant, Litmos partner or otherwise need to manage multiple Litmos accounts you can do so using one email address rather than having a separate login for each account.

Setting it up

Whether you're starting new accounts or you want to streamline the different logins you currently have for existing accounts the first thing you want to do is to make sure your email address and password for every account is the same.

To do this you can change your email address and password via the 'My Profile' link in the top right of the screen, then 'Edit Profile' on each account.


Logging in

Once you've streamlined your accounts and you're ready to access them log in at one your accounts custom login pages. e.g.  Note:  You will not be able to log in using or by using the link on the homepage.
