How do I reactivate a previously deactivated user?
Answer:
To re-activate a user that has previously been de-activated you will need to follow these steps:
- Log in as an Admin
- Click on the People tab
- Select the user you wish to re-activate
- Click the ‘Activate’ button in the top right corner of their profile
You can also reactivate users in bulk via the People tab using 'Perform a bulk action on selected people' and using the CSV template for the 'Import people in bulk' tool.
