Unable to Connect To Litmos error logging in through Salesforce

Issue

Users are seeing the error 'Unable to connect to Litmos' when accessing Litmos from within Salesforce.

Environment

  • Salesforce integration
  • Salesforce Admin access required to make changes below

Resolution

Check the following:

  • Does the profile of the Salesforce user have Litmos login permission set assigned?
    • Assign permission set to relevant users.
  • Does the integration user have access to the user's profile?
    • update integration user access.
  • Did something change with the integration connection?
    • re-authorize the integration again with the integration user.
