Salesforce error: 'OverallCompletionUpdate' : Access to entity 'CronTrigger' denied

Issue

After installing the Litmos Salesforce Package, Salesforce sends the following error via email at regular intervals:

Environment

This happens in Salesforce after the installation of the Litmos Salesforce Package has been installed.

Resolution

This happens as the setup of the package has not been fully completed

  • Go to the Litmos Setup tab
  • Under 'Global Settings' click on the 'Edit' button
  • Check the settings there, and hit save. The action of hitting save is what will complete this setup step.
